Serve as a key member of the GTM leadership team, offering strategic guidance on people-related initiatives and execution.
Collaborate closely with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and leadership development to support the business’s high growth.
Lead company-wide talent programs within GTM, including talent calibrations and compensation reviews.
Address complex employee relations issues with discretion, providing coaching and gathering feedback.
Partner closely with other PBPs, HR Generalists, the Talent Acquisition team, and colleagues across the People team to design and implement effective, people-focused solutions.
While focused on the Global GTM team, this role may also provide counsel and support to other teams as needed.
Oversee benefits and compliance for the AMER region.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR business partnering, including at least 2 years of managing a small team.
Deep expertise in managing AMER benefits and HR compliance.
Proven experience as a People Business Partner, supporting executive leaders, senior and entry-level managers, as well as individual contributors.
Bonus: Experience partnering with GTM or customer-facing teams in a high-growth, global organization is highly preferred.
Bonus: Experience supporting AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions in a remote setup.
