About this role
Role Overview
Identifying and researching target accounts aligned with Ampliphi’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Executing structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Building and maintaining high-quality prospect lists
Booking qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
Conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines
Qualifying opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit)
Ensuring smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives
Accurately documenting all activities and interactions in HubSpot
Maintaining clean and organized records of contacts, companies, and opportunities
Tracking outreach performance and conversion metrics
Working closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Providing feedback on market response and competitive positioning
Contributing insights to improve outreach strategy and targeting
Meeting daily/weekly outbound activity targets
Booking qualified meetings and generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven
Experience selling into the target vertical
Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling
Experience working within a private equity–backed or portfolio company environment
