Role Overview
- Provide analytical and consultative support to HR teams

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems
- Extreme attention to detail in creating executive-ready content
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Proven ability to create compelling stories with data
- Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills preferred
- Experience with R, Python or other programming languages preferred
- Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools preferred
