Senior Fraud Analytics Leader – Payment Card Tokenization Fraud Strategy

Role Overview

• Managing a group of team leaders and employees developing strategies and driving analytics
• Setting strategic priorities for the team
• Leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit
• Acting as the bridge between Fraud strategy and Digital team on all upcoming initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong working knowledge of payment card tokenization ecosystems
• Experience in payments risk, fraud risk management, compliance, or product risk advisory roles within financial services, fintech, or payment processing environments
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and investigations in payments context
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of fraud economics and risk-reward trade-offs
• Proficiency in various MS tools including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
