Take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement using a consultative approach towards the customer
Translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions
Create and own the pre-sales qualification process and deliver the architectural design, strategy and plan, leading technical customer engagements
Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships to identify additional opportunities
Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects including training or on-the-job mentoring
Lead executive level customer facing presentations
Requirements
12–15 years of deep, hands-on experience in data center and enterprise networking across Dell, Cisco and SDN platforms
Expert level skills in L2/L3 including EVPN/VXLAN, SONiC OS, CLOS architecture, and large-scale fabric deployments
Advanced proficiency in SDN technologies including NSX, NSX‑T, SDDC, container networking (CNI), and cloud networking architectures
Extensive experience with AI/ML/GenAI‑focused networking, including Spectrum and InfiniBand switch deployments, along with operational tools such as Dorado, NetQ, and UFM
Ability to produce comprehensive HLD/LLD documents, SOPs, and runbooks, and provide mentoring to junior engineers while driving technical excellence within the team
Strong customer management and stakeholder collaboration skills, supported by advanced certifications such as CCIE, and Dell Data Center Networking.
