About this role
Role Overview
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical and corporate functions.
Leverage advanced sourcing tools—including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, social channels, and specialized talent databases.
Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current, forecasted, and hard-to-fill roles.
Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Conduct preliminary screening to evaluate candidate based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
Partner collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies.
Provide data-backed insights on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
Maintain accurate up-to-date candidate information and activity tracking within the ATS.
Monitor, analyze and report sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to support continuous improvement.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on sourcing experience across technical, engineering, IT/digital, or corporate roles.
Strong expertise with sourcing platforms such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search techniques, and social media sourcing.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and hiring teams.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
Experience sourcing in manufacturing, engineering, energy or industrial domains is preferred.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of the Indian talent landscape.
Experience with Workday ATS is an advantage.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring best practices.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
