Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all interviews including, interview location, room reservations, directions, calendar invitations, etc.
Provide an excellent candidate, client, and stakeholder experience.
Assist in sourcing potential candidates for specialist roles.
Liaising with managers on requirements, candidates and interview feedback.
Drafting and editing job descriptions and adverts.
Managing vacancies through our applicant tracking system.
Providing feedback to applicants including telephone and email rejections.
Reviewing CVs and arranging, tracking and passing on tests and interviews.
Providing hiring managers with support surrounding the recruitment life-cycle, including interviews coordination, diary management and candidate management.
Schedule complex, high-volume interviews: phone screens, video conferencing, psychometric aids, presentations and onsite interviews
Support our Early Talent/Campus team during peak season, September – November, which includes job postings, campus event coordination.
