Serve as the primary link between the EHS organization and regional partners.
Translate EHS requirements into scalable programs and consistent execution.
Lead an experienced Americas EHS team and drive corporate EHS initiatives.
Responsible for EHS-related compliance activities, including operating the North American regulated waste management program.
Coordinate responses to EHS inquiries from external parties.
Use EHS data and systems to draw insights and accelerate data-driven decision-making using AI-augmented tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of progressive EHS experience supporting multi-site operations in the Americas, including California regulatory exposure.
+5 years of people management experience, including leading experienced and developing EHS professionals.
Experience with EHS regulatory requirements and practices in California, the United States, Canada, Central and South America.
Experience operating or being responsible for a regulated waste management program (e.g., U.S. hazardous/regulated waste), including vendor/contractor oversight and compliance documentation.
