Role Overview

• Supervise full-time/part-time employees contacting patients via various methods
• Create an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication
• Set clear team goals and motivate team members
• Manage day-to-day operational activity in Shared Services
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring performance management

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Computer Skills Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word
• Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
