Conduct quality, detailed immigration screenings to help identify viable cases
Build rapport with compassion, active listening, and cultural humility
Screen accurately for information on family and humanitarian immigration options
Collect consultation fees and maintain organized consultation scheduling and documentation
Log intakes for legal assessment, track outcomes, and follow viable vs. non-viable procedures
Support reception to obtain new leads and help route client calls

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
Strong ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach
Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and task tracking
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Windows computer required (not Mac)
Prior immigration intake experience strongly preferred over legal assistance or case management
Naturally calm, patient, and emotionally grounded during difficult conversations
Highly proactive and internally motivated
Knowledgeable with CRM and software such as Monday.com, Lawmatics, Microsoft, or similar
