5+ years of commercial product development experience with Python, focusing on scalable backend services and data manipulation, as well as strong proficiency in Docker for containerisation and deployment
Demonstrated expertise in building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI Agents), with sound architectural judgment on when to apply LLMs versus traditional code or simpler ML models
Experience designing automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval), implementing production monitoring (e.g., Langfuse, Pydantic Logfire), and ensuring solution reliability
Solid understanding of AI security, including response control, prompt injection prevention, and safety guardrails, along with the ability to optimize throughput, token cost, and latency at scale
Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new technologies and approaches, especially in the rapidly evolving field of AI
Ability to proactively research and adopt state-of-the-art and emerging workflows, with a focus on exploring new methods in addition to established best practices
