Role Overview
- Develop, evolve and sustain solutions in Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Customize objects, Flows and business rules for work order management
- Build automations using Flows, Apex and Triggers
- Work on the evolution of the Dispatcher Console and scheduling rules
- Translate business needs into viable technical solutions
- Analyze and resolve production incidents
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development best practices
- Contribute to the evolution of Salesforce architecture and governance
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce developer (Mid/Senior level)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Flows, Triggers and SOQL
- Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, permissions and sharing
- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP
- Experience with version control (Git) and the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Experience supporting production environments with ongoing enhancement and maintenance
