About this role
Role Overview
Deliver operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including joiners, movers and leavers.
Coordinate onboarding activities including employment contracts, background checks, right-to-work documentation and new starter administration.
Deliver regional P&C onboarding sessions, ensuring new employees have a positive introduction to Aurora.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee key operational processes including absence management, hybrid working arrangements, and other country-specific processes.
Administer employee benefits processes for joiners and leavers, including medical insurance and pension arrangements.
Prepare and validate monthly payroll input files.
Support global mobility administration, including visa coordination and relocation support.
Maintain the highest standards of employee data integrity, conducting regular audits.
Act as process owner for internal and external operational audit requirements.
Ensure operational processes comply with local employment regulations and GDPR requirements.
Develop and maintain P&C operations documentation, process maps, and guidance materials.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardise processes across offices.
Support the establishment of people operations processes for new European offices.
Help implement scalable people operations frameworks aligned with Aurora’s global standards.
Contribute to the implementation and testing of Aurora’s new HRMS platform.
Requirements
Minimum three years’ experience in HR Operations or People Operations, including administration of core employee lifecycle processes within Europe.
Experience working with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience would be advantageous).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluent English and German (C1 level preferred).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational quality.
High levels of professional integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Polish language capability (desirable).
Experience working in multi-country or international HR environments (desirable).
