Support our employees throughout their AILY journey: You will help administer the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
Be the champion of our People data and HR system: You will maintain our HRIS and payroll ensuring all new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and diligent manner.
Create an awesome workplace experience for our Madrid employees: You will be in charge of and manage all aspects of our office from facilities management to being the face of Aily for our visitors to creating an 11 star employee experience.
Get stuck in: You will have a voice and we will embrace your ideas and feedback to ensure we’re constantly improving. You will have the chance to get involved in all day-to-day People operations as well as exciting new projects that we are building!
Requirements
Prior experience in an HR/People operations role
Sound understanding of Spanish employment law and core HR policies/processes
Experience working with HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Proficient in English and Spanish
Prior experience in office management or high-touch service/hospitality environment
Start-up / scale-up experience
