Ensure fiscal, tax, corporate and regulatory compliance, working together with Legal, Accounting, Governance, HR and Compliance teams.
Assess the economic and financial viability of new projects, investments, acquisitions, expansions and the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring availability, reliability and traceability of financial and administrative information.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs, increase operational efficiency and continuously improve administrative and financial processes.
Assist, when necessary, in developing policies, standards and procedures that strengthen corporate governance and the organization’s financial sustainability.
Plan and monitor the organizational structure of the areas under your management, promoting leadership development and high-performance teams.
Manage financial, operational and strategic risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures that protect the company’s interests.
