Develop and execute territory account plans in line with Brand Strategy
Manage professional relationships with HCPs in centres delivering cell therapy treatment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high level of patient access and cell delivery
Provide Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues with appropriate feedback and insights
Facilitate and provide timely feedback to management regarding business trends

Proven track record of high performance in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
Has proven ability to work across various functions
Strong commercial and scientific acumen
Demonstrated customer support across stakeholder groups
Possesses a long term, strategic understanding of the haematology/oncology market
Experience executing with products/therapies that require complex customer delivery
Ability to navigate a complex account environment
Experience in project management
Life sciences degree
