Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior
Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution
Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data
Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs
Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives
Requirements
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth
Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies
Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data
