The company is currently executing a major integration program following the acquisition of a similarly sized organisation. The integration will combine operations, technology, commercial teams, and corporate functions across multiple regions. The Integration Management Office leads this effort and ensures that strategic objectives translate into operational execution. The Integration Program Manager plays a central role in the Integration Management Office. This individual partners with functional workstreams to turn integration strategy into structured programs, detailed execution plans, and measurable outcomes. ****The role requires a leader who can coordinate complex initiatives across functions such as Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, and Commercial teams. The individual ensures that initiatives progress on schedule, risks are identified early, and leadership receives clear reporting on progress and outcomes. ****This position operates at the center of the integration program and serves as the connective layer between executive leadership and operational teams.
