Role Overview
- Help scale and manage execution of leadership development programs
- Partner with Director of Leadership Development for program oversight
- Manage timelines, milestones, and delivery risks of programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders during planning and execution
- Ensure high quality participant experience and monitor engagement
- Support needs assessments and analyze program performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leadership development or talent management
- At least 3 years within the financial services sector (preferred)
- Ability to use data and business intelligence tools
- Advanced financial literacy and understanding of key business metrics
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s in Business, HR, or related field preferred
