Role Overview
- Take ownership of the end to end O2C architecture for a major global ERP transformation
- Define how orders are captured, processed and fulfilled
- Ensure harmonised and compliant processes across regions
- Work closely with commercial, supply chain and finance teams
- Craft the global O2C template and lead the design of the S4 landscape
- Ensure robust integrations with external systems
- Steer decisions through governance during design phase and country rollout
- Uphold design standards and guide stakeholders on unified working practices
Requirements
- 15 years ERP Experience
- Deep SAP O2C expertise including OM, SD and FI AR integration
- Experience designing SAP S4HANA architecture at global scale
- Strong knowledge of regulated industry requirements
- Confident communicator with experience influencing global stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Sales Order management in distribution environments
- Strong knowledge of SCM business processes
- Strong knowledge of Global P2P process harmonization
- Strong knowledge of Integration architecture
- Knowledge of Innovation and automation within ERP/SAP, ideally with AI use cases
