Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout
Define timelines, manage scope, and control budget in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project
Track progress, forecast resources, and align costs with scope and schedule
Manage project financials, including budget analysis and proactive mitigation of cost and schedule variances
Identify scope changes, assess impacts, and lead customer discussions
Serve as the primary client-facing contact
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful execution
Provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into deliverables
Lead risk management, issue escalation, and resolution efforts
Oversee procurement and vendor management
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
Ability to travel up to 50%
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex technical programs with full responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office)
Strong understanding of system integration project execution and interdependencies
Financial and analytical acumen in cost forecasting and resource planning
Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, plan and organize complex projects, and drive results through indirect teams in dynamic, cross-functional environments
