About this role

Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists
Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues
Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery
Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role supporting a US employee population
Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams
Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HR technology and information systems
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
