Role Overview
- Define and communicate a clear product roadmap
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews
- Translate requirements into user stories and API specifications
- Validate interoperability standards for transactions
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and delivery teams for product releases
- Serve as the subject matter expert on workflows and FHIR standards
- Monitor CMS mandates and client feedback to inform product decisions
- Lead pilot initiatives and define KPIs/OKRs
- Define product performance metrics in partnership with data teams
- Align executives, clients, and internal teams on product progress
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably client-facing in healthcare technology
- Deep expertise in prior authorization workflows
- Strong technical background with understanding of CMS 0057-F requirements and X12 278 EDI and FHIR transactions
- Knowledge of EHR systems and utilization management platforms
- Technical and business acumen to evaluate feasibility & scalability
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
