Lead discovery sessions with key clients and stakeholders to uncover gaps in their go-to-market strategy
Create strategic programs across the brand portfolio, including event sponsorships, digital media, custom content, and research programs
Conduct weekly consultative client meetings and deliver polished presentations to close high-value programs
Partner with internal production and execution teams to ensure client success and flawless delivery of closed programs
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue while maintaining CRM integrity (Launchpad) to achieve growth goals
Attend key industry events to develop new business and manage existing relationships, traveling approximately 20% of the time
Maintain a deep understanding of assigned brands, audience positioning, and the competitive landscape
Requirements
5+ years of success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to industry suppliers
Exceptional history of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-platform client relationships
Proficient in sales performance analytics, including spreadsheet functions (pivot tables, sorting) to monitor sales velocity and territory "white space"
Can create sales presentations
Utilizes AI in the sales process
Strong understanding of digital analytics and audience metrics to identify pre-sale opportunities and communicate post-sale performance to clients
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and strong verbal/written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
