Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and billed revenue objectives
Build and expand relationships with valuable customers and prospects
Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies
Establish relationships with potential customers to sell Ozmo's SaaS products and services
Penetrate target accounts in key sectors
Steward deals through all facets of the sales process
Utilize AI-driven tools to improve sales efficiency
Customize and deliver live sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies

4+ years of proven and sustained success in a technical, enterprise sales environment
Strong technical acumen with the ability to think through sales strategies and solutions
Ability to quickly learn new topics, technologies, and processes
Strong dedication to results and a "whatever it takes" approach
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, non-traditional work environment
Strong understanding of today’s technology landscape, including AI, ML, 5G, VoIP, and UC
Proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Spanish sufficient to sell effectively using the language is a plus but not required.
