About this role

Work with potential clients to adopt voice dictation or AI Scribe software into their clinic
Train clients on using various software
Seek out new clients through cold outreach
Perform demos over video calls and sell the product
Maintain communication through sales phone line and respond to product inquiry emails
Perform free trial onboarding sessions and training with the software
Additional responsibilities may be required

Some experience in sales is required
Excellent problem-solving skills
Confident working with computers and various software applications
Experience using a CRM
Excellent phone skills
Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail
Eager to learn and try new tools
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Patient and adaptable
Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset
Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
Knowledge of veterinary clinic workflows and/or medical clinic workflows is an asset
Previous experience in software sales or pharmaceutical sales is a strong asset
