Perform active client prospecting via LinkedIn, phone, email, and other demand-generation tools;
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities;
Map markets, segments, and target customer profiles (ICP);
Populate and keep CRM (HubSpot) information up to date;
Monitor commercial performance and productivity metrics;
Develop and test prospecting approaches to increase conversion rates;
Deliver solution presentations, negotiate, and guide the customer to closing;
Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to handoff to Customer Success).

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields;
Knowledge of prospecting techniques, lead qualification, and sales funnel management;
Experience with CRM tools;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented;
Proven experience in Outbound sales;
