Role Overview
- Conduct thorough investigations of complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- Manage reasonable accommodation requests from intake through resolution
- Assist with employee handbook updates and rollouts
- Partner with ER Manager for anti-harassment training
- Prepare, track and maintain ER metrics for accommodations and investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related work experience
