About this role

Responsible for the operational management and cross-functional coordination of a strategic project
Support the Project Director in program management (scheduling, milestones, dependencies)
Structure and coordinate the parallelization of project workstreams
Track work progress and consolidate management indicators
Prepare materials for steering committees and governance bodies
Monitor actions, decisions and escalations
Identify and manage risks and mitigation plans
Ensure coordination between technical, security, infrastructure and business teams
Oversee operational execution of the project (costs, timelines, quality)
Maintain a high level of coordination among all stakeholders
Serve as the interface with support teams and change management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
