Guide clients through our service offerings, identifying their evolving needs and negotiating contracts that ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Transform everyday support interactions and client feedback into actionable sales opportunities and process improvements.
Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
Requirements
Technical course or a relevant university degree
At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales; ideally within the IT, software, or digitalization sectors
A proactive, sales-driven mindset is a must. You aren't afraid to pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals
Flexibility to juggle multiple projects across different functions, teams, and industries with an open, customer-centric personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven talent for building strong, meaningful, and long client relationships
Fluent in English (C2) and highly proficient in German (B2 or higher).
