Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within LATAM.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Build trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of Kambi’s solutions and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to scope opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful deal execution.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitor intelligence reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in LATAM with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
2+ years in sports betting or iGaming
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodology preferred
Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sports and technology.
Ability to work autonomously on strategic, high-value deals; willingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice; strong time management and commercial acumen.
