Manage communication with employees hired through the EOR platform
Coordinate employment contract preparation, signing, and documentation
Register and manage employee records on the state tax portal
Handle employee administration tasks such as bonuses, business trips, and contract amendments
Support employees with operational questions related to their employment
Serve as the operational point of contact for existing clients
Process client requests related to their employed team members
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Ensure compliance with Georgian employment and tax regulations
Maintain accurate employee and client documentation records
Collaborate closely with Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment teams
Ensure smooth transition from sales to contracting and operational support
Identify opportunities to improve internal operational processes and workflows

2+ years of experience in operations, HR administration, client support, or similar roles
Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and spoken
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
