You lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
You manage the integration workstreams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
You prepare executive briefings, analyses, presentations, and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders.
You design and develop CEO routines, leadership cadences, and reporting and governance structures.
You act as the central interface between the CEO, the leadership team, shareholders, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
You have excellent German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) language skills.
You have 2–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally in a boutique or mid-sized firm.
You bring solid PMI experience from multiple integration or transformation projects (e.g., carve-outs, system harmonization, organizational integration, synergy tracking).
You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and can structure complex issues clearly and prepare concise outputs.
You have a strong affinity for technology, digital business models, and dynamic environments.
You demonstrate a pragmatic, down-to-earth mindset as well as high reliability and integrity.
