Stakeholder Management
Work with and positively influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, People Operations and Customer Experience

Develop dashboards, presentations and documentation, to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization

Always think two steps ahead to identify and deliver operational improvements that will enable us to continue scaling exponentially
Requirements
You have 5+ years experience in RevOps / sales operations or strategy consulting or equivalent experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Front-line experience in go-to-market roles is a strong plus, ideally sales, partnerships or channel management
Execution focus
Instead of just advising, you like to own and drive things yourself. You don’t rest until the rubber hits the road
Project Management
You know how to plan, manage and steer projects to ensure high quality deliverables and impact
Business analytics and visualization
You love data and enjoy building analyses and dashboards, using GSheets/Excel and Powerpoint. Advanced skills like SQL, Tableau, Python are a plus.
Demonstrated experience working, collaborating and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
B2B SaaS sales processes and tools: Thought leadership in the area of GTM processes and tools, i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Analytics tools, Data Visualization, etc.
