Strategic leadership and scaling: Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and scale our SaaS business.
Optimize processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Work closely with management to implement operational objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team (2–6 people) with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Be operationally involved as a leader and support your team in day-to-day operations and during peak periods.
Independently own operational projects, especially for strategic key accounts.
Provide structure and strategy and execute projects hands-on.
Identify process bottlenecks and design practical improvements.
Act as both a team lead and an active project manager.
Design smooth workflows for day-to-day operations.
Optimize processes through data-driven analysis and best practices.
Continuously use and improve systems and tools.
Improve procedures to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Integrate customer feedback together with Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Product Development.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and service-level targets.
Requirements
Experience in scaling and operations management: Proven track record in developing and implementing scalable operational processes in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Experience in the energy sector (PV, tenant electricity, etc.) required.
Leadership experience: 2–3 years of experience leading and developing an operations team (2–6 people), with a focus on efficiency improvements and process optimization.
Operational execution capability: You have not only led teams but also actively managed and delivered projects—and want to continue doing so.
Data-driven mindset: Deep understanding of KPI-based process optimization and analytical decision-making in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Startup mentality: You are dynamic, flexible, and enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.
Communication skills: Excellent internal and external communication skills and the ability to convey complex operational topics clearly.
Academic qualification: A strong academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A university degree (Master, MBA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution is required.
Languages: Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C2 level or native), and business-fluent English.
