Oversee all HR operations including employee administration, HRIS management, and payroll coordination.
Design and implement standardized HR processes across sites, ensuring compliance with Swedish employment law, GDPR, and company policy.
Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, cost per hire) and report trends to management.
Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
Administration of HR systems & applications, data input & management, HR project management as needed.
Manage mobility VISA & immigration, global mobility programs and administration, vendor management, and payroll processes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations or HR service delivery leadership.
Proficiency in HRIS and data management (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG or equivalent).
Strong understanding of Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and payroll processes.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
