Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Technician I: 6+ months of operations experience, or internship with Associate degree
Technician II: 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas
Technician III: 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas
Technician Sr: 6+ years of operations experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
Ability to embrace new technologies and drive operational efficiency
