Serve as the liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders, helping to maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
Track scope and budget in Harvest and help identify potential delivery risks.
Partner with Account Managers to communicate and escalate scope changes and adjustments to clients when needed.
Monitor team workload and project capacity.
Identify potential resource constraints and coordinate with department leads to support balanced workloads and project success.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management or a related field; agency experience preferred.
Experience in Medical Technology, Skincare, or Food & Beverage verticals is a major plus.
Experience managing projects across digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, content development, creative production, and integrated marketing and media initiatives.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations and business correspondence to clients, vendors, and teammates.
Experience supporting project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools is a major plus
