Experience in project management or project coordination
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional approaches (PMBOK)
Experience tracking schedules, KPIs, and deliverables
Experience managing stakeholders and interdepartmental communication
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar)
Experience in technology/IT projects
Knowledge of service management and SLAs
Experience in large corporate environments
Basic knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
