Lead end‑to‑end user research initiatives across functional domains to guide product strategy and design decisions.
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, personas, benchmarking studies) to uncover user behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Synthesize research data into compelling, actionable insights—through storytelling, personas, journey maps, workshops, presentations, or reports—that drive user‑centric decision‑making.
Conduct data analysis using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product strategy, design decisions, and business priorities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define research requirements, scope, effort, and timelines, and foster alignment in exploring, ideating, validating, and socializing solutions.
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning, execution, and analysis.
Requirements
Mixed‑methods research experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics). Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education
Strong proficiency with qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience with statistical analysis and data analysis tools
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights.
Demonstrated experience working on complex, highly technical B2B products
Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple research initiatives and work with diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives that contribute to product or business impact.
Experience working with global, cross‑functional, or distributed teams (preferred but not required)
