Create and maintain financial metric tracking for key accounts to ensure clear communication and visibility of progress
Thoroughly plan and structure meetings and anticipate needs before they are raised
Anticipate and recommend improvements for key accounts
Execute projects with timely follow-up to both key accounts and internal teams
Read customer cues and navigate conversations in a professional, collaborative manner
Professionally escalate critical or urgent items to senior management when necessary
Manage communications between key customers and internal teams
Collaborate with key account regional teams to identify and expand opportunities within the territory
Lead cross-functional teams, including product development, supply, forecasting, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience
Proficiency in French and English – written and spoken
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with recent experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role managing key accounts in the tire or a closely related industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Thorough knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and key business indicators in the tire industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills with proven ability to close deals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required
