Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a relevant B2B SaaS company with complex, non-transactional sales
You've spent at least 1 year in a sales leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
You are familiar with structured sales methodologies and can coach others on their application
You combine strategic thinking with tactical execution—capable of developing go-to-market strategies while also diving into individual deals
You're highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a genuine drive for purpose
You're fluent in both German and English
