Role Overview
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for CX solutions
- Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis
- Leverage insights to refine product marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content
- Deliver story-driven content showcasing product benefits
- Develop tools such as battle cards and sales decks
- Lead end-to-end GTM activities for product launches
- Partner with demand generation teams to optimize lead acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in product marketing for enterprise-level solutions
- Demonstrated success in crafting and managing product marketing strategies for complex enterprise customer bases
- Proficiency in leading marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics)
- Experienced in ideating, designing and running paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in leading global marketing efforts for enterprise audiences
- Strong background in marketing SaaS products targeted at enterprise segments
- Strong experience in executing webinars as a lead generation tactic
- Extensive knowledge and experience with account-based marketing strategies
