Role Overview
- Responsible for the supplier complaint management process in our plant in Bozhuriste
- Create supplier complaints, request 8D reports and evaluate them with the aim of a zero-defect strategy
- Communicate the supplier complaint status and supplier performance in relation to the Bozhuriste plant with your interfaces
- Ensure series deliveries through qualified incoming goods inspections and monitor delivery quality
- Support the Regional SQE in development of the components with activities planned at the Bozhuriste plant
- Create reports and statistics for the suppliers, regional SQE’s and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Successfully completed a technical degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management at an international manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive sector
- Experience in managing suppliers
- Knowledge of IATF/VDA, particularly the Automotive Core Tools
- Strong process and technology know-how as well as strong analytical skills and assertiveness
- Business fluent English skills (German is an advantage)
- Knowledge of injection molding, spray, laser craving or electronic process is considered as an advantage
