About this role
Role Overview
Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients and maintain the existing client portfolio in the Interior of São Paulo;
Present the product portfolio, highlighting technical differentiators and clinical benefits;
Conduct on-site visits, technical demonstrations and commercial negotiations;
Monitor the market, competitors and trends, providing insights to the company;
Represent Fotona at events, trade shows and sales training sessions;
Keep the CRM updated with client data and the sales pipeline;
Ensure long-term relationships, working together with the technical and customer success teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or completed technical education in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, aesthetic or technology segments;
Intermediate English (a plus);
Proven experience in sales;
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms and Google Workspace;
Consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills;
Availability to travel.
