You'll be turning raw investor data into clear, actionable insights and experiences.
You'll design everything from improved data collection workflows to complex visualisations like network graphs.
You'll design ways to display complex investor data clearly,
build entirely new product experiences from scratch,
work within data constraints to find elegant solutions
run rapid research (like user interviews or prototype testing) to validate ideas and designs with customers,
collaborate closely with your PM, engineers, and Head of Product & Design to ship features that customers use and love.
You'll also be joining a supportive team of other product designers who are highly curious and regularly critique/collaborate together.
Requirements
About 3 years of experience in a product design, user experience, or user research role – bonus points if you've got experience in data and dashboard-heavy software
Strong systems thinking that lets you zoom in on the details and zoom out to see a complete picture of dependencies
Experience designing data visualisations or dense information hierarchies
Experience with Figma and Figjam (or similar) for prototyping, designing, and collaborating
Great taste and a love for anything well-designed.
