Lead end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile platforms
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance
Advocate for user experience and design best practices across the organization

5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar roles
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
Ability to balance business goals with user needs and technical constraints
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with SaaS or digital product environments is highly preferred
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
