design workflows that are powerful but feel effortless, by balancing when to automate something into the background and when to let users take control,
design new patterns for our app, like if-this-then-that automations, AI-powered content suggestions, and agentic approval workflows,
build trust through thoughtful interaction design, by making sure any automations feel helpful and magical, not scary or manipulative,
run rapid research (like user interviews or prototype testing) to validate ideas and designs with customers, and
collaborate closely with your PM, engineers, and Head of Product & Design to ship features that customers use and love.
You'll also be joining a supportive team of other product designers who are highly curious and regularly critique/collaborate together.
Requirements
About 5 years of experience in a product design, user experience, or user research role
A good understanding of how LLMs and AI systems work beyond just talking to ChatGPT, since you'll need to design around their capabilities and constraints
Thoughtfulness about when automation will help vs harm, an ability to gauge risk, and the customer empathy to help you build trust with users through copy and design
A pragmatic optimism about new technology – you're excited to explore what's possible, but are grounded enough to know when we're using it for the wrong reasons
Experience with Figma and Figjam (or similar) for prototyping, designing, and collaborating
Great taste and a love for anything well-designed.
