Contribute hands-on code when needed to maintain clarity, momentum, and quality.
Identify and articulate high-value opportunities such as revenue optimisation, efficiency gains, and conversion uplift.
Scope work, plan delivery, and remove blockers while balancing speed, scope, and quality.
Keep cross-functional teams aligned through clear communication, progress updates, and strong follow-through.

Requirements
Proven leadership in solutions consulting or pre-sales, with a strong track record guiding customers through complex technical and operational evaluations. Demonstrated ability to translate intricate solution architectures into clear, outcome-focused value propositions for senior stakeholders
Deep technical acumen with the ability to rapidly understand, dissect, and articulate sophisticated SaaS solutions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire pre-sales cycle
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences ranging from technical practitioners to C-level executives. Able to distill complexity into clarity without oversimplifying critical details
Expert-level discovery skills, including the ability to ask incisive, strategic questions that uncover customer challenges, map solution fit, and influence decision-making across multiple personas
Extensive experience working with configurable, customised, or enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms, ideally within multi-stakeholder or multi-workflow environments. Comfortable shaping tailored solutions and building confidence in their long-term value
