Support Palantir's growth strategy through the assessment and execution of critical initiatives.
Partner with Finance, Legal and other teams throughout transactions, investments and project cycles.
Evaluate and align these corporate development initiatives with Palantir's forward-looking business plans and ensure they are integrated smoothly into the business.
Manage key deliverables including creating market analyses, overseeing deal execution and identifying next steps in the deal process.

3+ years at a corporate law firm or investment bank working in corporate development or M&A, with significant experience driving all aspects of transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, execution and integration.
